I was so impressed with Dr Ismail. He really listened to me and treated me with so much respect and as a person not just someone needing a surgical operation. It was an emotional operation for me but Dr Ismail understood that and gave me a different perspective of the procedure. I cannot thank him enough for his care. I felt very lucky and had full confidence in the operation as I knew Dr Ismail was the surgeon.
