After three years of absolutely horrendous pain, being ignored and neglected by the system, I finally found my saving grace in Dr Ismail, from the start he listened to me, built up my trust, and gave me the best possible care. The service I received from Dr Ismail was better than any private treatment I had received in the past and he assured me from the start he would be able to help me.
I have never experienced such a caring, professional doctor who goes above and beyond to care for his patients.
Dr Ismail, if you ever see this, thank you again from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me, for believing in me, and for putting right the problems that were.
I literally will be eternally grateful to you and there ain’t a price in this world I can put on what you have done, you have saved my life and that alone is priceless.
