Very simply contact with patient more regularly especially when issues arise with all aspects of care including medicine and hospital reports and results of tests and on going conditions. Not being done and left to make my own decisions as to best prevent falls ect.

I have been at the surgery around 3 years I think Dr saroya is by far one of the best doctors at the surgery always very friendly happy to see you and listens to any concerns you have. And is great with my children .
