Didn't listen to me at all, was rude and condescending, zero help in treating T1 diabetes, especially with pump therapy. She couldn't remember what was said at previous clinic appointment and would not read her notes. Overall I found her to lack knowledge, was incredibly disorganised and had zero empathy. When I tried to discuss these issues with her she just got defensive and angry towards me, trying to blame me. Terrible consultant, would never accept treatment from her again.
