My sister is registered at this practice and has been recently reviewed by the Dr , needles to say she has been treated unsympathetically, to a point we’re she is now afraid to contact the practice and exposing herself in A& E settings, she has felt so undermined and unfairly treated, her concerns brushed aside and moreover mocked because she is a nurse and should buy her equipment to check herself at home, this has really upset me and shocked to learn that the Dr could treat her in this manner, people are dying and nobody understands covid symptoms , so if my sisters concerns are ignored then she may as well give her a death certificate, surely if she isn’t happy to help then maybe get her seen by someone else than ensuring that you deal with her at all times and continue to subdue her to great distress. I will be writing a letter of complaint and only hoping that this gets resolved. I want great care for my family.
