I am trying to find where Dr Shanker Sivaprakasam is now practicing. I have been away for almost two years and in that time he has left the Elannora Drive Cooloongup practice. He is a great doctor and I would dearly like to see him again as he knows all my history and is one of the best doctors I have ever seen.
