Dr Masood has a very kind compassionate manner that puts you at ease straight away. She listens to what you have to say and you can have a genuine conversation with her about your problems and proposed treatment. She is happy to refer you on for specialised hospital investigations where this is obviously appropriate and/or necessary and you do come out feeling you have made progress in overcoming your medical issues.
