I have been extremely unwell for three years with a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis with in all honesty indifferent care. I was finally recommended Dr Sebastian by a Locum GP who had nothing but positive comments about the Consultant. I can confirm that Dr Sebastian gave me the time and consideration that had been missing for well over two years. I was seen twice in the space of one week and all potential issues explained in great detail and an emergency procedure carried out early the following. I can not recommend this Doctor enough and am so grateful that I am now under is care. Thank you for having the approach that you have.
A very clever man who clearly cares deeply about his patients With Dr Sebastian time is no limit and he will take as long as it needs to assess current situation, review your file, and has spent way longer that you would expect on the NHS explaining the ins and outs of treatment and my current condition (Chrohn's) - all in all a very positive experience and you feel like you are in safe / good hands
This doctor is the specialist for my daughter who has Crohn's disease. at the first consultation itself he put all of us at ease and explained everything what we wanted to know. most importantly he treated my daughter with compassion and even encouraged her to continue her studies to achieve her dreams taking her illness in her stride. We received the best available drug treatment immediately and now my daughter feels the best she has felt for long time. NHS should not lose doctors of this calibre
A doctor who is at the top of his field in hull. His patience in listening to my problems from Crohn's disease and empathy was striking during my consultation. He explained everything in simple terms and allowed me to think about what was my best options. He told me he will support whatever decision I take which was reassuring. You won't find many others like this specialist in the NHS
A friendly and knowledgable doctor who explains things well and is easily understood. However I have had to chase letters which should have been sent to my doctor twice and now I am chasing an appointment 'which I was told was urgent and would probably be at short notice' with the enterology department only to find out that there is no refferal.
