Dr Jawed was very prompt and timely with seeing me. I was very happy with Dr Jawed; however I felt that I had to wait a very long time between appointments even when I felt I needed to see the Dr with more urgency. Dr Jawed informed me that the waiting times were due to staff vacancies with a couple of Drs on maternity leave.
I also found it frustrating that appointment times were sent out without any consultation with the patient regarding dates.
