The entire experience of attending the surgery for my flu vaccination during the Covid-19 pandemic was positive. Welcomed at the door for temperature check and an explanation of the one-way system, hand sanitiser readily available, greeted again by an assistant to register my arrival, guided to a suitably distanced seat for a wait of scarcely a minute and then tannoy called in to the doctor. Dr Chaudhuri was friendly, attentive and so efficient. I couldn’t even feel the injection. He, once again, reminded me of the one-way system to exit the practice and off I went. At no stage did I have to touch a screen or door handle as this was all done for me. 100% positive experience.
