He was dismissive of my health and comments and clearly thought I was a hypochondriac. I had to go back 2 more times before someone else gave me a referral to the breast care specialist. It also put me off and took an extra year before I went back due to him being dismissive and I feel not listening, if the issue had been more serious this could have led to my health being at risk
