We took our boys to see Dr Wariyar today at Guildford. He was simply amazing, and really helped us holistically think about how we bring up our children, how to support our more vulnerable/sensitive child with difficulties, and generally giving us sound and specific advice and tools to help us along the way. He understood both children immediately. We ran over the allotted time during the visit, but this was not a problem for him at all as was keen to ensure he had heard all we needed to say. I would thoroughly recommend him and I am extremely grateful he took us on as clients (due to our previous paediatrician now being unwell). He has clearly done this to help his colleague and of course the children and parents who very much need this guidance and support. Clearly he already had a full workload and therefore runs this clinic on a Sunday, bless him. Thank you so very much, so grateful. Jennifer

I took my daughter is to see Dr Wariyor, in Guildford on the 28/7. I can honestly say he listened to everything us as parents had as worries, and more importantly he took the time to listen to my daughters worries. After years of battling with schools and our local surgery, Dr Wariyor was the only person who seemed to listen and understand my daughters issues. To get a diagnosis was a massive relief, after all those years of being told she was just lazy, I just cried as I knew as a parent this wasn’t right. We want to thank you for taking the time with our daughter, and now we can work towards getting the help she deserves at school. See you again soon

As a 45 year old I saw Dr Wariyar today at the Sasbah clinic at Chailey & as an older patient with spina bifida this is the first time in a long time that a specialist has listened to me & got up to date xrays done that all my other specialists refused to do & didn't just write me off like all but 2 of my specialists have done. As an adult with a congenital condition I've had to fight to get the help I need which has added to my mental health difficulties & it's so nice to have someone caring & positive & at last helpful. Thank u Dr W. Tina

Thanks Tina. I am truly humbled. I was actually more inspired by your story, mine's just dishwasher plain. I have only done what any paediatrician would do- we are made up of a different substance I suppose. Best wishes SW

Sethu is very compassionate and projects that by listening to our concerns showing empathetically an understanding of the difficulties we had supporting our son who had complex needs. Our son had severe cerebral palsy, visual impairment, epilepsy, sensory-orientated mutilation in biting fingers, lip, tongue and inside of cheeks, swallowing difficulties, etc. It was an extremely difficult time, but Sethu would go above and beyond to identify solutions that would minimise and put a stop to any threats our son faced in terms of his health. We are thankful that we have some professionals, like Sethu, who not only work to the best of their ability, but show that they are very caring and work with pride in their profession of care.

Thank you, Billy Lee. I think you were excellent parents too. Your child had the best chance in life purely due to this

Dr Wariyar was amazing during our consultation and diagnosed our son with ADHD and DCD. He was very understanding of my son's condition and provided us with copious amounts on information and guidance on how to manage it. He was generous with his time and his advice. He helped us to understand our son's difficulties and helped us take on a more active role in building up my son's confidence and self-esteem. Dr. Wariyar is a very articulate and sharp professional with a deep understanding of childhood developmental disorders. He was easy to talk to and clear in his advice. I would highly recommend him.
