Saw Dr Richards for a consultation today, following my decision to 'decline' having surgery on my fractured wrist.
Really felt that he understood my thoughts and why i had made my decision.
He really did treat me 'as an individual'; whilst he must have seen countless similar injuries!
I'm totally happy with my treatment, and would recommend his listening, understanding approach to other patients.
