She was invalidating, judgmental.

I was treated in a invalidating and unkind manner by this doctor when I was in distress. She did not appear to show compassion and treated me like I was a criminal. The comments she made and way that she treated me has contributed to the list of traumas from that time. I have since met some respectful and kind psychiatrists but its going to take some time to regain my trust in them. I think that she needs to stop seeing her patients as annoyances. These patients are people with real livesl who are suffering. I am in no way intending to be hurtful to her. Perhaps others had a better experience than me. However this is an honest account of the way I was treated, and if anything I hope she can use my words to reflect.
