Dr Sean Cross is literally a life saver who goes above and beyond for his patients. He has amazing recall from various previous sessions as to ‘who is who’ in my life and his approach to my treatment is carefully thought over and personalised. His compassion, patience and empathy are second to none and has a genuine interest in the ‘whole person’. Whilst having an excellent insight of my condition he is always careful not to label or identify me by my problems.

It was very obvious when Dr Cross was stressed and it showed in his dismissive manner. He also had a worryingly casual approach to symptoms. I did not feel safe or listened to. Didn't waste my time going back, very happy with my new doc who actually gives advice and is empathetic. Sadly Dr Cross gave very basic advice that was nothing I didn't already know.
