Me and wife are priveliged to be taking care of by Dr Stranks. I find it difficult to explain my ailments but she recognise my problem straight away. Full stars apply to Dr Stranks on all remarks. Brilliant Doctor and we won't see any one else.

Sometimes, perhaps due to their workload, Doctors seem to forget that patients often have other problems impinging on their daily lives that then combine with a health problem and causes them distress or anxiety. This is my problem and always has been and I've always been wary of Doctors but Doctor Stranks really puts me at ease. As I am profoundly deaf I usually have to have my wife with me because I often struggle to hear things and get embarrassed but I can see Dr Stranks on my own, and that makes me feel so much better about whatever I need to ask about because it gives me back more control dealing with my own health.
