It would appear that this survey is completely pointless and certainly nothing is fed back to my surgery, as I have on the past two occasion pointed out that Dr Ravenscroft has not worked at this surgery for some years. Beginning to wonder if this survey is in fact a scam. Sincerely hope my surgery is not paying for it.
