Saw me when I urgently needed help, and was excellent. Gave me immediate referral and called to follow-up that all was well. Can't ask for more than that.

We were given wrong information about medications. Medications were offered instead of a referral which is what was asked for. Got very defensive when questioned, and was quite rude. Felt like we were wasting her time and she could not be bothered. The worst part was definitely the misinformation, which could have been damaging had we listened to her.

Dr Maxsted actually listens to everything you say and then takes constructive action, she will then see you again and follow it up. A Doctor to trust.
