I saw Dr Sarah Langlands privately ince and she is very professional and knowledgable unlike her secretary unfortunatly. I had to chase several times for follow ups and results! One instance no response to my email for 1 week and repetedly tried to call her over the phone to be told that the phone line was broken! Many excuses after asking why have you not sent me the result letter and after compaining with the private Hospital where Dr Sarah Langlands practice I was told that her secretary is 'notoriously' known for being very slow and non responsive! When patients pay for privite care the last thing they want to experience is delay with booking appointments and result letter or emails! I have seen many private doctors and this experience is so far the worst! Although I am ery happy with Dr Sarah Langlands and my GP recommended her as she seems to be one of the best in her field.
