I have been so impressed with the service I have received from Dr Ibbett, she has shown empathy and understanding on multiple appointments, she does not rush or hurry you out of the room and appears to take great care in giving people a service. She has sent referrals urgently and has contacted me to advise of the actions she has competed. I feel I have been lucky to have had such a good and smooth service from Capelfield surgery and am very thankful to Dr Ibbett for her input and support.

Dr Ibbett is my daughter's favourite doctor at this surgery. My daughter feels very confident with her and she trust her advice. Dr Ibbett is a very gentle and easy going person. We are delighted to have her as our GP.
