Dr Sarah Heyes has been the most caring, proactive, direct and understanding doctor I have ever had. After every appointment over the past 12 years I have felt positive that I am in very good hands. When needed, I have been referred to specialists so quickly without any questions asked. I have always trusted her opinion and she seems adverse to just prescribing tablets without finding the true cause of the symptoms.
