No room for improvement, as I personally found Dr Sarah Dyer to be extremely professional, whilst maintaining a very down to earth approach.

Other patients and I have described it as winning the Betsi Cadwaladr lottery when you get Sarah Dyer as your doctor! I have always felt confidence in her clinical skill, but the longer she is my doctor (Just over two years now), I am able to appreciate the way she listens to all concerns and questions, is VERY easy to talk to, explains things in a way that is appropriate to each patient, makes herself accessible and available, follows up and get things done quickly, and goes the extra mile to ensure the best possible is done for her patients. You feel like she genuinely cares and wants to see the best for you, and is willing to do whatever is within her ability to make that happen.
