I was bit wary about seeing a new doctor as we have always seen the same one but the new doctor was brilliant and very easy to talk to.

I came to see this doctor for help after explaining all my symptoms regarding hearing voices he told me he can not do nothing for me as he doesnt specialise in this area and gave me let's talk number i think this is an outrage as i came for help and left feeling no happier with the advice given!! I received a poor quality of care and i feel let down by this. I came to see this gp as i had nowhere else to turn to and ended up in a worser state!

My son saw the doctor and at 17 is still a bit nervous with new things like visiting the doctor alone, so I sat in. He was friendly, listened and gave advice. A lovely visit, and my son felt very at ease . I believe he will happily visit alone next time.

As a new Dr to the practice, to build trust takes time. We felt he was very engaging to my sons health concerns and he checked him over thoroughly, had time and patience.
