Dr Dixit has been very approachable each time we have had an appointment with him. He has a sense of humour which to us is very important in such tragic circumstances. He, along with his support nurses explain things to us and we feel comfortable asking questions if we do not understand. There are two gripes and although they are not in Dr Dixit's control we feel they should be mentioned as they do affect the overall appointment. 1). Computers - there always seems to be a problem with the relevant information uploading on to Dr Dixit's screen and he has to try and balance his conversation with checking to see if it has appeared. 2). Blood test results - we always have to wait after the appointment for blood test results to come through. This is not a problem but just something that should be mentioned if you are looking to improve the patient experience.

Dr. Dixit is a superb doctor that takes the time to not only lets you know what is happening throughout your treatment, But also listens to what you have to say with any question's and concerns, He then takes the time to answer then till you are satisfied in your own mind and happy with what is going on. If you have any problems with anything he has told you all you have to do is ask and he emplanes it thoroughly to ensure you are fully aware of any Treatment required and any ongoing problems. It is so good to have a Doctor that takes this approach in that he makes you feel comfortable and know what is going on at all times. I would Recommend Dr. Dixet to any person that is worried as to treatment and care.
