I needed to see the doctor urgently, he listened to my worries and treated me with great respect. He seemed concerned and said I needed a follow up appointment in a weeks time. After relaying my fears about even being able to book an appointment he immediately booked a slot with himself to make sure I was seen again. The practice has become very busy and after my husband having to wait two months for an appointment this did at least relieve the pressure and was much appreciated.
