Dr Samantha Biggs is a very kind & professional & in my experience & I have neuro spinal problems she knows the complex issues with my condition . Although I need medical intervention at times I try to avoid doctors & I am a rare user of the Heron Practice but when Dr Biggs is needed she is brilliant !!!!
