Dr Begum always listens patiently and explains clearly obviously putting us at ease. She is very approachable and makes us feel pretty comfortable. I am my better half have always shared the same view everytime we visited her. We really appreciate the way her work ethic. Half of our problem is gone with the way she usually deals. We would recommend her to any of our friends and relatives in and around Sutton Coldfield.

Dr. Begum is a very caring doctor, who goes to great lengths to understand your particular problem. She always seems to have time to listen to what you have to say and she then takes the time to explain her diagnosis together with her recommended treatment/ medication. I would certainly recommend her.

Dr Begum is very approachable and puts you at ease. She has a practical, no-nonsense approach which instils confidence. She emphasises the importance of coming back to the surgery if treatment is not working, even for conditions that seem relatively trivial. I saw Dr Begum once, by chance, several years ago as she was the only doctor available. I made a note of her name as a doctor I would actively want to see again. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
