I am an elderly lady with several disabilities and found Dr. Begum listened, without my feeling that I was being hurried. She spoke to me in a quiet way giving me confidence and acted on what she considered the right treatment. I have seen this lovely lady twice and, at last, have lost the feeling that I am just a nuisance.
I know I am one of the 'ageing population' but have known what it is like to have no NHS and the hardship illness causes without it. Dr. Begum has helped me have faith again..
