I had symptoms of dizziness and she was very thorough and took the time to think through logically the possible reasons and do the external tests to eliminate causes. Although we didn't find out what was wrong with me on the day she sent me for blood tests and I feel she will find out rather than fob me off with its" unexplained" like I have had for other doctors at this surgery!

I am an elderly lady with several disabilities and found Dr. Begum listened, without my feeling that I was being hurried. She spoke to me in a quiet way giving me confidence and acted on what she considered the right treatment. I have seen this lovely lady twice and, at last, have lost the feeling that I am just a nuisance. I know I am one of the 'ageing population' but have known what it is like to have no NHS and the hardship illness causes without it. Dr. Begum has helped me have faith again..
