I have just transferred to Dr Osborne after hearing such lovely things about her, but was still rather anxious as we have moved from another area where I was fortunate to have an amazing female doctor. I can honestly say she is wonderful... She listens, looks at you when you are talking, smiles, explains things clearly and makes you feel like a person not a number who has to be rushed through the surgery system. She cares and that is very important-the human touch is just what the Doctor ordered. Sometimes just to get to the doctor is difficult but she helps to allay your anxieties...I would thoroughly recommend her to everyone who lives in Whitstable.

I think she is a great doctor an really listens to what you have to say and you know that she is understanding. She is kind and helpful and ALWAYS greets you with a big smile. Oh and she is very fashionable! :)
