Dr Samra, always gives great service. I hear folk moaning about having to wait. But I always think that at times some folk need more time than others on some occasions!! He is worth the wait as I always feel well cared for. Not only with me but with my father's care. I also want to say how fantastic the reception team are. They always do their best to help regarding getting appointments. Mandy ( (nurse) always gives amazing service. I recently had the pleasure of taking my father to see Dr Zemmel. To be fair this was something that did make me feel quite nervous about as my father has dementia. And change can of course be unsettling. Not just for dad but for all of us as his care is paramount as he is elderly. But, no need for nerves he was wonderful in the way he respectfully spoke to my father. Bottom line the team do a fantastic job with the girls on reception through to the pharmacy in prestwick road ( I will write them a review next). We just wanted to say a 'huge' thank you to all of you for taking such good care of the Higham family - it really is much appreciated x
