Dr Desai is always attentive and such a good listener. I never feel rushed during my appointments and she's always been so supportive, especially when I've been anxious. She always takes the time to explain why something might be wrong and the plan of action going forward. I always feel comfortable asking her questions, even if I think they might be silly. Her responses without face to face to appointments have always been prompt and clear. A big thank you to her for her help.

Absolutely my worst experience with a GP ever - she ignores my medical history, does not stop to listen to my pointing out when I have taken a medication before and it has been ineffective, and I have spent a lot of money buying useless prescriptions under her care. She is condescending at best, and I simply do not trust her. I've seen every single problem I have gone to with her become worse and in desperation have gone to emergency rather than deal with her again.
