Well informed by the doctor. The doctor showed a willingness to help us understand as well as the patient.

The doctor took the time to listen and explain things to me so I fully understood what would be happening and why. My opinions were not dismissed and discussed fully.

Involved in care plan. Wanted to be discharge but didn't happen even though i'm not a risk.

Response from Dr Sachin Sankar

I can understand your frustration in wanting to be discharged at the earliest. And feel that your risk issues are behind you, as you are aware your parents also have an input into your risk. And the decision to discharge is taken collectively by yourself your parents and our team. And sometimes although you feel you are safe the community team may need to assign somebody to you before you can be discharged.
