I was previously trained by Dr Sankar as part of my Registrar Training (ST6) in Child Psychiatry. At all times it was a pleasure working with Dr Sankar. I learnt a lot from Dr Sankar's extent of knowledge and experience. During my training there, Dr Sankar supervised and supported me in my clinical roles as well as playing a significant part helping me in navigating the academic part of my training.

He listens well to both parent and patient to enable the right medication and help that my daughter needs and takes things very seriously. Thank you!!!

Dr Sankar listened to my concerns and gave advice around behaviours. Reassured me that I was doing "a good job" and that he could see improvements in my mood etc which was reassuring. He's been supportive + patient + respectful of my advocate. He took the time to listen, to care and support me going forward which I didn't feel at the start. Very happy with the outcome. Thank you :)

Dr Sankar listened to my daughter and explained everything clearly to us. He spoke and treated her with respect and answered any question she had openly and honestly. A fantastic consultant who is a great benefit to the NHS.
