I count my lucky stars that I was fortunate enough to become a patient of Dr Ong's at my local GP surgery in Earlsfield. I have never had such a positive experience and I have to admit that Dr Ong has restored my faith in the NHS! Dr Ong continuously goes above and beyond the call of duty and her she is 100% dedicated to her patients. During a very very difficult period in my life, Dr Ong has been a constant source of support and strength as well as reassurance for me and for my family. It is, unfortunately, very rare these days to form a relationship with a GP as they are so stretched and have too many patients and far too little time. This notwithstanding, Dr Ong, has made time for me - I've never felt rushed or not listened to. She speaks to me like a person and remembers my history and circumstances. Dr Ong is a much needed breath of fresh air. I really don't think I will ever be able to thank her enough for her support and dedication.

Doctor Ong has a kind and friendly manner and has always listened to my concerns and discussed my treatment so that I understood the both pros and cons of any medication I needed. She referred me quickly to a specialist when I developed a chronic condition . She took time to discuss both my physical and the emotional issues so that I felt valued as a person and patient which in a busy surgery is not always easy to achieve. I really respect her as a doctor and can highly recommend her .

I was beyond impressed with my experience with Dr Sabrina Ong at Bannockburn Surgery. My first contact was with Dr Ong, and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind she was. She was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointments! I would highly recommend this medical professional with an incredible human heart!. A lot of doctors don’t realise how important it is to have compassion and understanding for all being regardless of their life path. If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaining a very efficient office, then Dr. Ong is someone you should consider visiting.

Dr Ong is a first class Doctor as you walk in the room to see her she has a lovely welcoming smile and right away you feel at ease. Dr Ong listens to you giving eye contact and after the initial assessment explains how and what the treatment will be. I can whole heartily say that Sabrina Ong has been my life line in many circumstances that I have endured. I have no hesitation recommending my family, friends and strangers to have her as their doctor.
