I always asked to see Dr Trepca if possible. I found him kind and caring, sensible and prepared to take a lot of trouble and, for me above all, easy to talk to. I'm sad he is no longer at Somers Town.

His tone during consultation was very dry and bored. Didn’t at all offer any solutions and referred me to another GO at the end! No moral support at all for sick patients

Doctor Trepca is an exptional doctor. I handpicked him and registered with a surgery a few miles from home only to be his patient. I worked as an interpreter and had an opportunity to compare many different GPs. Doctor Trepca was by far the best all of them. He is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and respectful. I will never forget how patient he was with me after I was panicking following my daughter’s birth. Also, what I found amazing was that when he was not 100% sure of the answers to my questions, he would not just guess the answers, as many gps would do, he would research the matter and come back to me. I have never seen a go i that and I saw hundreds of them. Also his treatment of my husband’s heart condition was according to cardiological professor at the highest level. Sommers surgery patients consider yourselves very lucky, shame I don’t live in the area.
