I have been a patient with Dr Ilyas for many years and have had to deal with difficult times in my life and had no support other than from this GP. I have so much respect for her as a GP and someone to turn to in moments of severe despair. Her guidance and professionalism in my opinion is second to none. I know of other people who say very similar experiences. GP is a very tough job and time restraints can often mean the appointments have to be kept to a tight schedule but I find always very thorough. Also a great on line service where requests can be made and are always actioned very quickly.

Dr Illyas helped me to deal my mantal health condition, she also made me undertand the sympton and encouged me to go out and intigrate with other people, i believe she went extra miles to empower me to improve mantal healthy.

I am suffering mental health condition and DR Illyas make me understand my health condition and empowed me to control the stutation alongside meditions that treats the conditon. I can not thank enought Doctor Illyas care and support she offered me during my dark times and make trust health care service. I advise peaple who have mental health to seak help from health care proffesionals specail goodge health centre.

Condescending, rude, disrespectful, worst of all: uncompassionate with a hint of racism. Does not make you feel cared for, at all. She just talks at you and does not listen. Your symptoms and ailments are not taken seriously. She is very dismissive of what you say and when you mention other doctors, it seems to trigger her ego because suddenly she knows better than those doctors and everything they’ve said or done for you is wrong. I should mention, she does not ask you what’s wrong nicely, her go to question when you enter her room is ‘what do you want from me?’ Which, personally, I find disgusting. You’re a doctor, act like you care, don’t treat me like a leech or speak to me like I’m something on the bottom of your shoe. She always seems to be the only free doctor, I assume that’s because NO ONE wants to be seen by her.

This doctor does not listen. She has a very bad temper and gets very angry. I had a very bad experience a few months back. I booked a new appointment and the surgery allocated me to this same doctor. She was supposed to call back but she never did. Instead she arranged a physical appointment for 10 days in the future, without me knowing about this. I wasted a whole morning waiting for the call. I only found out about this because I called the surgery again to make a new appointment. Very sad and frustrating to have to deal with this, I wish I could "block" this doctor if I need to book an appointment again at this surgery. Real pity as everyone else I have seen at this practise has been extremely nice and helpful.
