I researched consultants in Leeds before choosing to see Dr Hussain. I was impressed by the positive reviews and statements about post surgery healing and that he is a skilled MOHS practitioner.
I have not been disappointed. Dr Hussain immediately puts you at ease. He is straightforward and always checks that he has answered all your questions and concerns. Following biopsies I needed surgery on my face and leg. For my face I had MOHS surgery at Chapel Allerton and the whole team made the session as relaxed as it could be. Dr Hussain is a craftsman who cares for his patients. His singing not so great, but it’s not everyone who gets stitched to their surgeon singing the Sound of Music. My scar is settling well and is significantly improving over time.
I would recommend Dr Hussain to anyone who may need surgery for a skin carcinoma, particularly if it is on a very visible area such as the face.
