Ruth was very informed before I arrived at the clinic... I didn't have to explain much. She added to my 'needs' list as I talked through my health condition and made everything very clear sensitively. I was a bit of a special case and she made me feel very comfortable despite this. Felt very safe and cared for in her hands. Not something I take for granted in the more usual GP surgery (10min rushes). Was very impressed by quick follow up call on phone after appointment to clarify next steps. A great communicator and collaborator... helping me help myself alongside the medical professional role.
