My mother had been suffering for years with her shoulders. This was really affecting her day to day activities. She also has many other health problems, so this was further contributing to the loss of her confidence and affecting her way of life. She had her shoulders treated before, which unfortunately hadn't worked, so this further affected her. She eventually went to see Dr Hearn regarding this problem. He was very helpful, kind and understanding. He made my mum feel very comfortable and assured her. He treated her successfully and made sure he followed up with subsequent appointments, until the problem was treated. Dr Hearn does really provide great care. His agenda and priority is very clear...his patients.

Dr Hearn was extremely helpful in listening to my concerns both related to chronic and serious degenerative conditions. He prescribed medicines for management and also highlighted routes of investigation/potential progression which was insightful. Additionally financial advice was provided, which is beyond the call of duty. Appreciate his attentive manner and recommend his care service.

I have had a reoccurring problem for the past few months. It started to really get me down, as it has started affecting my life. To a point where I'm concerned about booking a holiday in case it comes back when I'm on holiday!! I went to see Dr Hearn. He was a God sent! He listened to everything I had to say, was very attentive, knowledgable and understanding. He didn't rush me at all. I know it's hard for GP's as they have a time scale, i get this, but it was so good to actually have someone to really listen to what the problem is and to treat you like an individual. Dr Hearn try's to treat causes rather than symptoms. This is how it should. Dr's like him deserve recognition. Wish he could be cloned!! We need more dr's like this.
