I have only been under Dr Browns care at the manor park surgery for 18 months, but since I have joined, I feel like he listens to me, and my worries, especially when I am worried about my son. Being a health professional myself and a newly single parent he takes me seriously and he knows that if I'm worried then he will make sure that my son and I are seen everytime. The surgery have seen my son at short notice and I have always appreciated that from all the doctors, nurses and reception staff at the surgery.

When I developed a rare illness, Dr Brown didn't dismiss my symptoms as a previous doctor had done, he kept looking until the diagnosis was made. He's been available, caring and supportive, and most importantly has listened to me!
