I am feeling very anxious as a condition has recurred from last year. I had numerous invasive tests and did not want to go through those again but Dr Ghani explained why she thought it is for the best and together we agreed the next step. This was important for me as I feel my concerns & anxieties have been taken into account.

Warmly greeted By Dr Ghani. I explained my concerns to Dr who listened to what I had to say intently & then gave me her professional opinion, which I found to be very reassuring & Help full. I have found that Dr Ghani gives of her best endeavour's at all times. I have found her to be very conscientious in dealings with me.

Dr. Rushda I find in my experience that she does take her time to listen to you, & explain everything, even if she has to explain 2 or even 3 times, she is very patient with me. I have found with other practices that they seem not to take the time that I might have needed for explanations, which at the time made me feel unimportant. I am so glad that I registered at SAXON HOUSE SURGERY in 2005 as all the previous docs there have all had time for me. As for the staff I find that they always do their best to accomodate me & they are always polite. I TAKE MY HAT OFF TO YOU ALL, & APPRECIATE ALL THAT YOU DO.
