Dr Moitra was charming at my first and only consultation, he recommended a Biphosphonate IV but did not mention side effects, the IV was delivered within seconds and in 24hrs I was in agony, could not lie on my side, could not sleep. The nurse did not mention this side effect and I got no paperwork. I was unable to get through to Dr Moitra, he was not interested in seeing me. I was told to see GP but could not get appointment. Just offered pain killers over the phone without examination at GP surgery. Eventually after 12 days of severe pain I went to A&E who after many tests diagnosed muscular pain due the IV. Dr Moitra apparently discharged me 2 days later ( without ever seeing me again) He suggested via GP to try another IV ! No thanks! No duty of care shown here. Disgusted by his treatment
