I always find Dr. Jones really pleasant, and feel comfortable discussing any health issues with him. I feel he always listens to me, and answers any questions I may have around my physical wellbeing. I am pleased to be a patient at this Surgery, and have found it to be a positive experience.

Dr Jones dealt with me sympathetically and very professionally. I went in with abdominal pain. By the following day I had had major surgery at DCH. Thankyou. My follow up was excellent. I doubt I could have had better treatment if I had gone privately. Thanks to all at the surgery, particularly Dr Jones.

Just wanted to say thank you to Dr Jones. He listens (with eye contact); is knowledgable applying best practice and evidence and over a series of appointments trying to get to the root of my particular problem he has referred me appropriately whilst involving me in my plan of care! My symptoms could've been a number of things but at no point did he make me feel a nuisance; he was human and kind and I feel reassured that following consultations with a Specialist I will get a diagnosis that means I can move on with my life confidently.

Patient care is excellent.I felt listened to and not rushed. I feel that he understood my anxiety regarding my issue and took it seriously .
