She does not listen she has no concerns what so ever and she calls herself a doctor .Patients should be able to approach there local doctors without any anxiety, worries etc but my personal opinion on this specific doctor is she is useless just like all the doctors working in forge road.They don't care about there patients its just a quick chat, no thorough investigations .And as for the receptionists they are dreadful no respect ,no manners the nicest receptionist there was Sue who has now left.
