This is the first time I have seen this Dr. and I was so impressed with her, she took 30 minutes and listened to all my symptoms and a thorough examination, I will certainly ry and see her on future occassions.

I have been seeing Dr MacSween after I moved to Glasgow in September 2016 as my primary GP. Unfortunately, she did not earn my trust over the couple of visits I had with her. The doctor was always rushed and ignored my problems. She did not even bother too look at my previous medical records denying my condition and simply sending me home as soon as possible. This also resulted in wasting NHS money on tests that have already been done twice by other doctors at two different locations. I was put on the wrong type of medication causing a plethora of side effects which I now have to treat myself. My previous experience, current degree I am doing AND also a quick google search proved to me, the doctor intentionally tried to deny my condition so that she can put me on the cheapest treatment which again, made my condition worse, not better. This is not a doctor who has patient's health in mind but who wants to send patient home and enjoy the rest of the day. This saddens me greatly as a medical student myself. I would advise all to avoid this doctor or to research the treatment options themselves and be very assertive in asking for them.
