I did not feel the doctor listened to my concerns about pain on breathing and coughing and feeling really unwell. Having to go all the way to Horsham hospital for a blood test is unacceptable when feeling ill and means others have to take time off work to provide transport. Pneumonia not diagnosed and I ended up in hospital within 36 hours.

Did not feel confident in diagnosis or that my concerns were listened to. No contact when blood test results abnormal. No facilities to have bloods taken at the surgery and trekking off to Horsham hospital is no joke when you are feeling unwell.

During 2015, I visited the surgery on several occasions due to severe migraine, chest infection and morning sickness during my pregnancy. Although I personally felt a little awkward about all the appointments I needed, Dr Gliddon was always understanding and I felt that he listened to my concerns every time. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was wasting his time.

I've had many health issues since I reached the age of sixty & this doctor has always given me very good care. I can honestly say Dr Gliddon in particular always made me feel comfortable when I'm trying to explain my problems to him.This is important to me as I have suffered from depression & anxiety issues over the years.
