Dr Shaunak is professional, caring and a brilliant GP and I consider myself fortunate to be a patient of his. If I have to ask for a call back there is always a doctor from the practice ready to answer my queries and although all GPs are stretched, I can make an appointment with my named doctor. The surgery is open on Saturdays but it would be helpful if one could more easily book a Saturday appointment. The building is owned by NHS Estates and till now has not been well kept but it would seem that things are improving. They need to continue at a faster rate. Equally, the cleaning has improved but still needs to be monitored. These are things outside the practice remit.
