Dr Shaunak is professional, caring and a brilliant GP and I consider myself fortunate to be a patient of his. If I have to ask for a call back there is always a doctor from the practice ready to answer my queries and although all GPs are stretched, I can make an appointment with my named doctor. The surgery is open on Saturdays but it would be helpful if one could more easily book a Saturday appointment. The building is owned by NHS Estates and till now has not been well kept but it would seem that things are improving. They need to continue at a faster rate. Equally, the cleaning has improved but still needs to be monitored. These are things outside the practice remit.

Our family have been lucky enough to be under the care of Dr Shaunak for many years, he has always been very caring, thorough and will always take time to listen ,a pleasure to see him at all times .Cannot speak highly enough of him and Dr Silver. How fortunate are my Husband and Myself to have Dr. Shaunak as our GP. He is extremely thorough in his investigations and extremely patient when you are anxious. I have had two episodes of Breast Cancer in the last six and a half years. His care of me has been exemplary and if I could nominate him for an award I would. He has the ability to make you feel,as if you are his only patient. His Team proved and Exceptional Level of Patient Care.

Very friendly and professional approach. I'm confident I am getting the best possible advice when I have visited the surgery. Listens to all my concerns and illicits as much information as he can about symptoms. Does not follow the "take 2 tablets and come back and see me if you don't fell any better" approach.
