Dr de Palma is outstanding; currently, he is looking after my aortic stenosis and atrial fibrillation. I have complete confidence not only in his diagnoses but also in his ability to explain them lucidly and thoroughly and then translate them into action. For instance, within just a week of our previous appointment he scheduled an angiogram (carried out at Wycombe with great care, sympathy and efficiency) followed that same morning with ECG and Xrays, all explained in advance in great detail, and followed by scheduling an appointment with another consultant in just five days time. And also giving me an excellent debrief on the results of the morning's tests.
I am hugely impressed - and very grateful.
